This is my first experience with Bavas music and I must admit that I am astonished of the service price and support they provided. Have been a musician for a couple of decades and have done many deals with music stores in the past but let me tell you Bavas music is going to be my last and only store to deal with from now and on. Great prices Excellent Service and communication 7 STARS from me..Nick , cant Thank you enough for your effort and patience. I just bought the Casio CS-43P unit (piano and stand) - got it home, laid all the pieces of the stand on the floor, looked at the instructions and these were in just about every language except English. Not impressed!

Bought a $2000 PA system instore.....good stuff......but the salesguy led me to beleive that he was giving me a massive discount....only to find later that the price I paid was actually the price available to everyone online.......hmmmmmmmmm

Quick, efficient, good value
Telephoned in the middle of the week about a particular Behringer mixer/effects unit. Bava's immediately quoted a good price and said they had it in stock. I told them I'd be in on the weekend to pick it up. When I came in they had it waiting ready to go. Service was quick and efficient. Their prices are good. The selection covers almost everything professionals are looking for. Staff is knowledgable and turned on. I'm definitely coming back!

I have bought from Bavas twice now for EV speakers (foldback, FOH and subs) and microphones. I have found their service to be excellent and their prices are great. We had problems with one of our FOH speakers and Nick had a replacement to our church in record time - it was no hassle at all. I would recommend these guys and I do not even bother to shop around anymore because you wont get a better deal. I would add that Nick is a great salesman in the sense that he knows his products, gets a good feel for what you are after, puts together a good package (without over selling), has it delivered promptly and provides good support. He will also work hard with suppliers to get you the best price he can offer. Keep up the good work guys it's a pleasure doing business with you.

You Guys Rock
I search for my Jackson Guitar for a while and did the ring around and spoke to Mitch .I tried a couple models through a choice of amps like Marshalls , Hughes and Kettner Stacks .I felt like I was in my own toy room at this store .I wasnt hassled or ignored like some major stores i visited .They got my hard earned cash because they were worth it and they gave me a favourite strings to make sure i was completely satisfied with my purchase .Ill be back for my stack with Xmas over time money .These guys Rock and thanks to Mitch .
