Have been a musician for a couple of decades and have done many deals with music stores in the past but let me tell you Bavas music is going to be my last and only store to deal with from now and on. VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE
I cannot recommend Bavas Music City enough! I purchased a Zoom Q3 in December 2009. It arrived before I could check the letter box-amazing! Also when enquiring with a warranty issue they didn't muck around-Mick had me on the phone with Zoom 'direct' to sort out the problem. Everyone should run their business like this. Did a lot of digging for some reasonably sized and priced sound gear to drive off a Generator on a float in the St Patrick's day 2010 parade! Nick sorted it big time and prevented a purchase that would result in a ground loop issue due to the an accordion with a 9V battery based mic arrangement. He also has a solution to fix that in future and option for carrier case for the powerful compact equipment I did part cash for. Keep me up to date on the Roland boxes as well Nick. Resounding YES to anyone out there surfing options and wondering where you can meet real folks who know how to help the lay person on sound

Great for a newbie
I came here to get my first guitar. First thing: they didnt try to sell me things I didnt want/need. Staff=Friendly/Informative Prices are always really good I have had issues with using their website. Layout=Nice BUT: Many links are dead. Tried a few times to search for something... search comes up inconclusive or shows some scripting error. esp. with serching for something using a price range. Maybe get the webmaster onto it.....

hey guys, first of all I would like to say to the team at bavas F#@% yeah!. first class service all the way,I contacted henry on thursday and had my new 6262 head and quad turn up first up on monday morning 400 km away.and the price was awesome highly recomended.
