account or password. BMC does sell products for children, but it sells them to

edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS & OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit
suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the
content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy,
infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third
parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses,

of content. BMC reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
BMC and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you
believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright
infringement, email us with your complaint.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
BMC will only refund or credit you if the product is dead on arrival (DOA).
When you shop We suggest you to make your decision carefully as we will not
refund your monies if you have changed your mind. You have 7 business days from the date of
receiving to return your DOA item for a refund or credit to be approved.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed we have the right
to charge you a restocking fee. The restocking fee is charged at a rate of
20%AUD per item cancelled. This fee is waived if there is stock availability
problems in which we will advise you of immediately. Costs of shipping to are
not refunded.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from BMC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This
means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our
delivery to the carrier.
PROOF OF IDENTITY
BMC may ask for further identification. Because of the anonymity nature of
the Internet we may ask for further identification to verify your order. The
following documents may be requested to process your order
• A copy of both sides of your Credit Card
• A copy of your valid drivers license/Passport
• A copy of your latest Credit Card Statement
Your documents will not be used for any other purpose other than to verify your
identity. Once verified, these copies of documents will be removed & destroyed.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING
BMC and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, BMC
does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is
accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free as we rely on third parties
to supply information. If a product offered by BMC itself is not as described,
your sole responsibility & remedy is to return it in an unused and when possible
unpackaged condition. We try our best to keep out stock levels up to date but as with most e-tailers we are a reseller .There is sometimes a dicrepency in stock availability either due to a 'first in best dressed' basis or simply our supplier may be Out of stock or we have Sold out of that particular item ,colour or model. Most of the time we will advise you by a *** when you try to order that product . In this situation .we will try our best to see if supply is possible at the advertised price or offer a similar or better alternative at a DISCOUNTED PRICE .In this instance we will not Process the order till you advise us .
SALE ITEMS
All stock on SALE are sold on a 'first in best Dressed basis' and usually are of a LIMITED amount of units .If SOLD OUT (***) When ever possible we will try to accomodate our clients by endeavouring to offer a similar or better unit at a Similar Price

Parties other than BMC and its subsidiaries operate stores, provide services,
or sell product lines on this site. In addition, we provide links to the sites
of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. We are not responsible for
examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these
businesses or individuals or the content of their Web sites. BMC does not assume
any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all
