Mrs
Thank you so much, I couldn't be happier. The service was fantastic! I got the digital piano I was after for $500 cheaper than my local store, and it was delivered to my door for an extremely reasonable amount. The delivery arrived on the day I requested. I have one VERY happy daughter. I will certainly recommend Bavas Music. It was a pleasure to do business with you.

Behringer iAxe Metalien USB Electric Guitar
I can't compliment Bava's Music City enough for their service. After speaking with a very knowledgeable staff member (Mitch) I ordered the guitar online. Dopey me ordered the incorrect item, but Mitch fixed this without any fuss or bother. The Guitar was despatched promptly and was received exactly as described in excellent condition. I will use Bava's again when it comes time to buy the Amp and accessories. Thanks guys.

A++
Bavas is the best! I have dealt with them in the past for smaller purchases and when I noticed the deal they were offering on Marshall Mode Four Stacks (easily the best price in Australia) I couldn't resist. The team, particularly Henry, were incredibly helpful and made the whole process stress free. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional and personal company and I will definitely be returning to the site regularly to see what other deals they will be offering.

Great for a newbie
I came here to get my first guitar. First thing: they didnt try to sell me things I didnt want/need. Staff=Friendly/Informative Prices are always really good I have had issues with using their website. Layout=Nice BUT: Many links are dead. Tried a few times to search for something... search comes up inconclusive or shows some scripting error. esp. with serching for something using a price range. Maybe get the webmaster onto it.....

Poorer but Much happier
I Searched all over Syndey and finally came in to buy a small One man band MIDI Rig and walked out spending twice as much . I reckon I got 10 times more info and knowledge and heaps better quality gear at the right price . Busy store and busy sales guys but they know their stuff .Thanks Frank

Mr
Did a lot of digging for some reasonably sized and priced sound gear to drive off a Generator on a float in the St Patrick's day 2010 parade! Nick sorted it big time and prevented a purchase that would result in a ground loop issue due to the an accordion with a 9V battery based mic arrangement. He also has a solution to fix that in future and option for carrier case for the powerful compact equipment I did part cash for. Keep me up to date on the Roland boxes as well Nick. Resounding YES to anyone out there surfing options and wondering where you can meet real folks who know how to help the lay person on sound

Mr
I needed a Zoom H4n to record from a hydrophone and came across Bava music website. Price was competitive so I rang to check if they had the recorder in stock. Nick was friendly and helpful. The recorder was delivered (to rural NSW) 3 business days later. That's good enough for me!

I just bought the Casio CS-43P unit (piano and stand) - got it home, laid all the pieces of the stand on the floor, looked at the instructions and these were in just about every language except English. Not impressed!
