Great for a newbie
I came here to get my first guitar. First thing: they didnt try to sell me things I didnt want/need. Staff=Friendly/Informative Prices are always really good I have had issues with using their website. Layout=Nice BUT: Many links are dead. Tried a few times to search for something... search comes up inconclusive or shows some scripting error. esp. with serching for something using a price range. Maybe get the webmaster onto it.....

Searched the internet high and low to find a great deal on a fender Jazz bass after Finding Bava's I started browsing through their wide selection Of Fender Guitars until I found the Precise one I wanted at a great price Went to pay for it got an email stating as it was limited edition it had to be ordered, A phone call was made to me when it arrived we sorted out the payments and had it here in the next two working Days, It was perfect once it arrived could not believe it, Great Service and a Greap Product I wont be shopping anywhere else for music goods, Thanks so much

I just bought the Casio CS-43P unit (piano and stand) - got it home, laid all the pieces of the stand on the floor, looked at the instructions and these were in just about every language except English. Not impressed!

Poorer but Much happier
I Searched all over Syndey and finally came in to buy a small One man band MIDI Rig and walked out spending twice as much . I reckon I got 10 times more info and knowledge and heaps better quality gear at the right price . Busy store and busy sales guys but they know their stuff .Thanks Frank

I have dealt with them in the past for smaller purchases and when I noticed the deal they were offering on Marshall Mode Four Stacks (easily the best price in Australia) I couldn't resist. The team, particularly Henry, were incredibly helpful and made the whole process stress free. I have bought from Bavas twice now for EV speakers (foldback, FOH and subs) and microphones. I have found their service to be excellent and their prices are great. We had problems with one of our FOH speakers and Nick had a replacement to our church in record time - it was no hassle at all. I would recommend these guys and I do not even bother to shop around anymore because you wont get a better deal. I would add that Nick is a great salesman in the sense that he knows his products, gets a good feel for what you are after, puts together a good package (without over selling), has it delivered promptly and provides good support. He will also work hard with suppliers to get you the best price he can offer. Keep up the good work guys it's a pleasure doing business with you.

What great service and Advice . hey guys, first of all I would like to say to the team at bavas F#@% yeah!. first class service all the way,I contacted henry on thursday and had my new 6262 head and quad turn up first up on monday morning 400 km away.and the price was awesome highly recomended.
