This is my first experience with Bavas music and I must admit that I am astonished of the service price and support they provided. Have been a musician for a couple of decades and have done many deals with music stores in the past but let me tell you Bavas music is going to be my last and only store to deal with from now and on. I have bought from Bavas twice now for EV speakers (foldback, FOH and subs) and microphones. I have found their service to be excellent and their prices are great. We had problems with one of our FOH speakers and Nick had a replacement to our church in record time - it was no hassle at all. I would recommend these guys and I do not even bother to shop around anymore because you wont get a better deal. I would add that Nick is a great salesman in the sense that he knows his products, gets a good feel for what you are after, puts together a good package (without over selling), has it delivered promptly and provides good support. He will also work hard with suppliers to get you the best price he can offer. Keep up the good work guys it's a pleasure doing business with you.

I search for my Jackson Guitar for a while and did the ring around and spoke to Mitch .I tried a couple models through a choice of amps like Marshalls , Hughes and Kettner Stacks .I felt like I was in my own toy room at this store .I wasnt hassled or ignored like some major stores i visited .They got my hard earned cash because they were worth it and they gave me a favourite strings to make sure i was completely satisfied with my purchase .Ill be back for my stack with Xmas over time money .These guys Rock and thanks to Mitch .

VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE
I cannot recommend Bavas Music City enough! I purchased a Zoom Q3 in December 2009. It arrived before I could check the letter box-amazing! Also when enquiring with a warranty issue they didn't muck around-Mick had me on the phone with Zoom 'direct' to sort out the problem. Everyone should run their business like this.
