hey guys, first of all I would like to say to the team at bavas F#@% yeah!. first class service all the way,I contacted henry on thursday and had my new 6262 head and quad turn up first up on monday morning 400 km away.and the price was awesome highly recomended. Bavas is the best! I have dealt with them in the past for smaller purchases and when I noticed the deal they were offering on Marshall Mode Four Stacks (easily the best price in Australia) I couldn't resist. The team, particularly Henry, were incredibly helpful and made the whole process stress free. Dopey me ordered the incorrect item, but Mitch fixed this without any fuss or bother. The Guitar was despatched promptly and was received exactly as described in excellent condition. I have bought from Bavas twice now for EV speakers (foldback, FOH and subs) and microphones. I have found their service to be excellent and their prices are great. We had problems with one of our FOH speakers and Nick had a replacement to our church in record time - it was no hassle at all. I would recommend these guys and I do not even bother to shop around anymore because you wont get a better deal. I would add that Nick is a great salesman in the sense that he knows his products, gets a good feel for what you are after, puts together a good package (without over selling), has it delivered promptly and provides good support. He will also work hard with suppliers to get you the best price he can offer. Keep up the good work guys it's a pleasure doing business with you.

Great for a newbie
I came here to get my first guitar. First thing: they didnt try to sell me things I didnt want/need. Staff=Friendly/Informative Prices are always really good I have had issues with using their website. Layout=Nice BUT: Many links are dead. Tried a few times to search for something... search comes up inconclusive or shows some scripting error. esp. with serching for something using a price range. Maybe get the webmaster onto it.....

VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE
I cannot recommend Bavas Music City enough! I purchased a Zoom Q3 in December 2009. It arrived before I could check the letter box-amazing! Also when enquiring with a warranty issue they didn't muck around-Mick had me on the phone with Zoom 'direct' to sort out the problem. Everyone should run their business like this. Absolutely faultless. Thank you.
