The Korg MonoTRON is a fully-fledged analogue ribbon synthesizer which packs an oscillator, filter and LFO all into the palm of your hand. Powered by two AAA batteries, the monotron delivers Korg’s legendary analog technology, generating thick and powerful sounds on the go. With only 5 knobs and a switch the oft-intimidating analog synthesizer has been stripped down to its bare essentials giving direct access to the rich sounds. The easy-to-use ribbon-keyboard allows smooth gliding between notes and the semi-modular design allows you to patch any audio source through the original MS-10 filter. With the inbuilt speaker and patchable filter, the Monotron is a great companion to a KAOSSILATOR.
