Dopey me ordered the incorrect item, but Mitch fixed this without any fuss or bother. The Guitar was despatched promptly and was received exactly as described in excellent condition. I just bought the Casio CS-43P unit (piano and stand) - got it home, laid all the pieces of the stand on the floor, looked at the instructions and these were in just about every language except English. Not impressed!
