This is my first experience with Bavas music and I must admit that I am astonished of the service price and support they provided. Have been a musician for a couple of decades and have done many deals with music stores in the past but let me tell you Bavas music is going to be my last and only store to deal with from now and on. I cannot recommend Bavas Music City enough! I purchased a Zoom Q3 in December 2009. It arrived before I could check the letter box-amazing! Also when enquiring with a warranty issue they didn't muck around-Mick had me on the phone with Zoom 'direct' to sort out the problem. Everyone should run their business like this. I just bought the Casio CS-43P unit (piano and stand) - got it home, laid all the pieces of the stand on the floor, looked at the instructions and these were in just about every language except English. Not impressed!
