T-RackS® plug-in has everything you need to create superb, tube-toned masters with your sequencer.

Its rich, warm sound starts with algorithms based on true analog circuitry. Its familiar interface makes it easy to control five powerful processors: EQ, compressor, limiter, soft-clipping output stage, and a complete mastering suite. Enhances mix frequencies, stereo images, dynamic range and gives your audio a seamless, top notch sound.

T-RackS® plug-in includes:

Apart of the new availability of separate modules, the new T-RackS® Plug In contains other monstrous improvements, compared to the stand-alone version, including:
1) New full band sweepable mid bands on the Equalizer
Both the peaking filters can now cover the entire 20 – 20KHz audio spectrum.
2) Refined high-end response
Now the T-RackS equalizer is even more musical and transparent at the top end, the T-RackS Eq now has that characteristic smooth high end, typical of those acclaimed analog devices.
3) Sidechain HPF in the compressor signal detecting chain
This adds an high pass filter in the detector stage of the compressor. The detector stage is where the compressor analyzes the incoming signal and determines how gain reduction must be applied. This variable high pass filter prevents, when turned up, that "compression pumping", mainly caused by the program low end content. The further this knob is turned the the softer and more innaudible the compression character will be. At the minimum or at very low settings the compression will be much more aggressive and noticeable.
Use lower settings when you want to “hear” the compression effect and use higher values for a gentle compression, as you may want in acoustic mixes.
4) Individual limiter bands controls
Now all the three limiter bands low, mid, and high are individually adjustable for threshold and level. This allows the user, for example, to limit the program low end without applying unwanted compression to the midrange.
5) Adjustable multiband limiter crossover points
Now the user can modify the two split points of the bands.
6) High precision calibration of the limiter and clipper output
If the output knob of the limiter is at 0 dB (default) the output of the limiter will never go beyond –0.05 dBfs.
You can just squeeze the drive knob until you hear too much distortion or limiting and can be sure that the output is at the industry mastering standard level of –0.05 dBfs, without overs.
The same is for the Soft clipper.

Quick, efficient, good value
Telephoned in the middle of the week about a particular Behringer mixer/effects unit. Bava's immediately quoted a good price and said they had it in stock. I have bought from Bavas twice now for EV speakers (foldback, FOH and subs) and microphones. I have found their service to be excellent and their prices are great. We had problems with one of our FOH speakers and Nick had a replacement to our church in record time - it was no hassle at all. I would recommend these guys and I do not even bother to shop around anymore because you wont get a better deal. I would add that Nick is a great salesman in the sense that he knows his products, gets a good feel for what you are after, puts together a good package (without over selling), has it delivered promptly and provides good support.
