I search for my Jackson Guitar for a while and did the ring around and spoke to Mitch .I tried a couple models through a choice of amps like Marshalls , Hughes and Kettner Stacks .I felt like I was in my own toy room at this store .I wasnt hassled or ignored like some major stores i visited .They got my hard earned cash because they were worth it and they gave me a favourite strings to make sure i was completely satisfied with my purchase .Ill be back for my stack with Xmas over time money .These guys Rock and thanks to Mitch .

VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE
I cannot recommend Bavas Music City enough! I purchased a Zoom Q3 in December 2009. It arrived before I could check the letter box-amazing! Also when enquiring with a warranty issue they didn't muck around-Mick had me on the phone with Zoom 'direct' to sort out the problem. Everyone should run their business like this. Bavas is the best! I have dealt with them in the past for smaller purchases and when I noticed the deal they were offering on Marshall Mode Four Stacks (easily the best price in Australia) I couldn't resist. The team, particularly Henry, were incredibly helpful and made the whole process stress free. I needed a Zoom H4n to record from a hydrophone and came across Bava music website. Price was competitive so I rang to check if they had the recorder in stock. Nick was friendly and helpful. The recorder was delivered (to rural NSW) 3 business days later. That's good enough for me!

I have bought from Bavas twice now for EV speakers (foldback, FOH and subs) and microphones. I have found their service to be excellent and their prices are great. We had problems with one of our FOH speakers and Nick had a replacement to our church in record time - it was no hassle at all. I would recommend these guys and I do not even bother to shop around anymore because you wont get a better deal. I would add that Nick is a great salesman in the sense that he knows his products, gets a good feel for what you are after, puts together a good package (without over selling), has it delivered promptly and provides good support. He will also work hard with suppliers to get you the best price he can offer. Keep up the good work guys it's a pleasure doing business with you.

hey guys, first of all I would like to say to the team at bavas F#@% yeah!. first class service all the way,I contacted henry on thursday and had my new 6262 head and quad turn up first up on monday morning 400 km away.and the price was awesome highly recomended.
