This is my first experience with Bavas music and I must admit that I am astonished of the service price and support they provided. Have been a musician for a couple of decades and have done many deals with music stores in the past but let me tell you Bavas music is going to be my last and only store to deal with from now and on. Great for a newbie
I came here to get my first guitar. First thing: they didnt try to sell me things I didnt want/need. Staff=Friendly/Informative Prices are always really good I have had issues with using their website. Layout=Nice BUT: Many links are dead. Tried a few times to search for something... search comes up inconclusive or shows some scripting error. esp. with serching for something using a price range. Maybe get the webmaster onto it.....

Searched the internet high and low to find a great deal on a fender Jazz bass after Finding Bava's I started browsing through their wide selection Of Fender Guitars until I found the Precise one I wanted at a great price Went to pay for it got an email stating as it was limited edition it had to be ordered, A phone call was made to me when it arrived we sorted out the payments and had it here in the next two working Days, It was perfect once it arrived could not believe it, Great Service and a Greap Product I wont be shopping anywhere else for music goods, Thanks so much

Quick, efficient, good value
Telephoned in the middle of the week about a particular Behringer mixer/effects unit. Bava's immediately quoted a good price and said they had it in stock. I told them I'd be in on the weekend to pick it up. When I came in they had it waiting ready to go. Service was quick and efficient. Their prices are good. The selection covers almost everything professionals are looking for. Staff is knowledgable and turned on. I'm definitely coming back!

I have dealt with them in the past for smaller purchases and when I noticed the deal they were offering on Marshall Mode Four Stacks (easily the best price in Australia) I couldn't resist. The team, particularly Henry, were incredibly helpful and made the whole process stress free. Poorer but Much happier
I Searched all over Syndey and finally came in to buy a small One man band MIDI Rig and walked out spending twice as much . I reckon I got 10 times more info and knowledge and heaps better quality gear at the right price . Busy store and busy sales guys but they know their stuff .Thanks Frank
