I have dealt with them in the past for smaller purchases and when I noticed the deal they were offering on Marshall Mode Four Stacks (easily the best price in Australia) I couldn't resist. The team, particularly Henry, were incredibly helpful and made the whole process stress free. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional and personal company and I will definitely be returning to the site regularly to see what other deals they will be offering.

Did a lot of digging for some reasonably sized and priced sound gear to drive off a Generator on a float in the St Patrick's day 2010 parade! Nick sorted it big time and prevented a purchase that would result in a ground loop issue due to the an accordion with a 9V battery based mic arrangement. He also has a solution to fix that in future and option for carrier case for the powerful compact equipment I did part cash for. Keep me up to date on the Roland boxes as well Nick. Resounding YES to anyone out there surfing options and wondering where you can meet real folks who know how to help the lay person on sound

hey guys, first of all I would like to say to the team at bavas F#@% yeah!. first class service all the way,I contacted henry on thursday and had my new 6262 head and quad turn up first up on monday morning 400 km away.and the price was awesome highly recomended. Searched the internet high and low to find a great deal on a fender Jazz bass after Finding Bava's I started browsing through their wide selection Of Fender Guitars until I found the Precise one I wanted at a great price Went to pay for it got an email stating as it was limited edition it had to be ordered, A phone call was made to me when it arrived we sorted out the payments and had it here in the next two working Days, It was perfect once it arrived could not believe it, Great Service and a Greap Product I wont be shopping anywhere else for music goods, Thanks so much

I search for my Jackson Guitar for a while and did the ring around and spoke to Mitch .I tried a couple models through a choice of amps like Marshalls , Hughes and Kettner Stacks .I felt like I was in my own toy room at this store .I wasnt hassled or ignored like some major stores i visited .They got my hard earned cash because they were worth it and they gave me a favourite strings to make sure i was completely satisfied with my purchase .Ill be back for my stack with Xmas over time money .These guys Rock and thanks to Mitch .

VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE
I cannot recommend Bavas Music City enough! I purchased a Zoom Q3 in December 2009. It arrived before I could check the letter box-amazing! Also when enquiring with a warranty issue they didn't muck around-Mick had me on the phone with Zoom 'direct' to sort out the problem. Everyone should run their business like this.
