HOHNER BRAVO III 72 BASS PIANO ACCORDION BLUE 

The Bravo Series, designed for students and beginners, offers performance features which had previously only been avaliable in considerably more expensive instruments, such as the T-keyboard mechanism which offers outstanding playability and ease of service. It sets the gold standard for learner instruments.

The input of teachers and students has greatly influenced the HOHNER project team during the production of The Bravo Series. This lead to one of the main goals of the design - that the instrument should be as light as possible, mostly to accomodate for the younger pupils and to increase playability. The smaller 48 bass accordions of the series weigh only 7.4 kg, making them perhaps the lightest available instruments in their class. The larger 72 bass accordions are also exceptionally light, weighing 7.4 kilograms.

The instrument itself (a chromatic accordion) is a very versatile instrument. As the left hand operates the buttons of the standard bass, the right hand operates a piano or button keyboard which can be played in all keys like a piano. The standard bass is split into bass and chord rows. The playing of the right hand resembles the style of accompaniment traditionally given by a bass or rhythm guitar. Therefore, together the chromatic accordion player has actually three instruments available: A melodic instrument (right hand), a bass and a harmonic accompaniment (left hand) - and this for all the pitches and keys.

The accordion also comes with a padded gig bag and straps.
